  1. Appointment Confirmation: All bookings must be confirmed directly by me. I’ll reach out to finalize your appointment details.

  2. Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made at least 12 hours in advance. Any cancellations made within 12 hours of the appointment will result in the loss of payment.
